Some say there are no unadulterated foods in any common food stores. After researching for this article I tend to agree. The bulk of most people’s food is store bought. Most of us do not have the means of producing our own food so it is really important for us to know what we are ingesting. PMS, Premenstrual Syndrome

As I walked from room to room, you could almost hear the warning sounds that always accompanies the coming of a movie’s shark attack. If this sounds familiar here are some hints that might help.
A common complaint is bloating. Strictly limiting your inorganic salt intake is a good place to start. Kelp is often used to curb the salt cravings and is said to be a very good natural diuretic. AH. . AH. . AH—CHOO ITS ALLERGY SEASON AGAIN!

Others, like Paavo Airola, Ph.D. believe that allergies are the result of feeding infants cereals, meat, or cow’s milk before 10-12 months old. Since babies do not have the enzymes to digest these foods, the immune system is highly stressed and can result in super- sensitive reactions to harmless things like pollen, dust or mold.
