PMS, Premenstrual Syndrome…. At a very early age my children learned to run for cover when I started to show signs of PMS. As I walked from room to room, you could almost hear the warning sounds that always accompanies the coming of a movie’s shark attack. If this sounds familiar here are some hints that might help.
A common complaint is bloating. Strictly limiting your inorganic salt intake is a good place to start. Kelp is often used to curb the salt cravings and is said to be a very good natural diuretic.
