Strong bacteria and weak immune system

There has been a lot of commotion about the strep bacteria. The strep germ has been around for ages. I’m sure everyone has heard of someone having strep throat or perhaps rheumatic fever. Both are caused by the old strep bacteria.
Many naturalists have worried for years what taking anti-biotics would do to our immune systems. They also knew of the chance of anti-biotics creating mutant strains of bacteria. I suspect the combination of the two is responsible for the deaths of those who contract this new strain of strep.
Let me explain what I believed happened this time or will happen sometime. Remember this is my own theory. When you take over a function of the human body by external means it weakens that particular system. For instance if a healthy person took synthroid (a synthetic hormone supplement) for a long enough time the thyroid would become dependant on it. The thyroid would have gotten used to not having to work and would decrease it’s activity.
Also if you don’t use a part of the body (for example the muscles) they will become weak. When those muscles are called on to do what toned muscles should be able to accomplish they cannot. When you take an anti-biotic it’s function is to do what your immune system should be doing. So the immune system becomes lazy, sluggish and weak. The next time it is needed to fight off bacteria it will have become impaired and will have more difficulty.
Phase two of my theory happens because of the adaptability of all living organisms. If some one takes an antibiotic in insufficient quantities to kill off all of the bacteria but merely wounds it, the bacteria will come back even stronger that ever. To understand this think about calluses, the skin becomes weakened by friction and when it heals it becomes even stronger than before. So much so that the same amount of work will not be able to injure the skin.
When you put these two phenomena together you get a weaker immune system and stronger bacteria. If you get hit with the strep bacteria I would suggest taking immune building herbs and combinations. Such as goldenseal or Defense maintenance, I would also suggest stop overusing ãnti-biotics.
My theory may not apply but I truly believe that eventually we will have a health situation where a common bacteria will be responsible for many deaths. I personally am trying to limit my meat consumption (most animals are injected with high amount of
anti-biotics) and build my immune system naturally rather than run to the doctor’s.
