There are many exercise programs cut there. Personally it comes very naturally for me to avoid al I of them. I do however sometimes jump on our mini-trampoline, not in hopes of getting my girlish figure back but to stimulate my immune system. When you jump on a mini-trampoline your body is for a split second weightless causing the lymph nodes to relax and expand. The gravitational pull then causes the nodes to tighten and contract, working much like the heart, to pump and purge its fluids. It is said that 15 min. 2x daily has the potential to heighten the immune system 1000%
What turned me away from exercise was aching joints, and sore feet. Jogging and aerobics can overstretch muscles, inflame tendons, weaker, ligaments and even cause pressure fractures in the bones of the feet and is hard on the skeletal system.
Rebounding is not hard on the body. Don’t be fooled though just because it is low impact does riot mean that it can not challenge even the most avid exerciser, if it is so easy Mini-trampolines wouldn’t be found so readily at yard sales.
It is said that rebounding (jumping on a mini-trampoline) is the most effective, efficient form of exercise yet devised by man, I believe this to be true after all every part of the body is exercised ever at the cellular level.
Mini-trampolines are relatively inexpensive and can be found in many stores. If you are ambitious enough to exercise you might as well do it safely and efficiently. It will also do more for your clogged lymph nodes than anything else you can do.
ONLY TWENTY MINUTES OF PROPER USE IS EQUAL TO; Swimming 800 yards in 16 min. Jogging 3½ miles in 32 min. jumping rope 15 min. at 110 steps/min. Walking 2½ miles in 34 mm.
