There are so many times we are led to believe that things that are average are normal. For example delivering a baby, you see on movies and TV program where a woman is sweating and pushing for hours until she is so exhausted that she cries out, I can’t do this.

That may happen, but it isn’t necessary, nor is it what labor is supposed to be like. Most of the delivery is the responsibility of the uterus.

If the uterus contractions are productive, most of the delivery is done by this organ… The woman should only have to push a few times (1 to 4 times) and the baby should practically just slide out.

There is a phenomenal herbal combo which prepares the uterus to do a good job during delivery. It is called 5 W. This combo taken the last 5 weeks of pregnancy can tone the uterus for deliver and if taken after deliver can help slow down bleeding, help prevent post partum depression and help prevent a prolapsed uterus because it shrinks down close to its original size.

To help with the length of the labor, I suggest taking Mastergland during the whole pregnancy to nutritionally support the pituitary gland so it can release an adequate amount of oxytocin which is what facilitates labor.

Woman who take the above herbs say that labor is much easier.
